Dust-preventive Grease / KURODA C-Grease
C-GREASE meets the needs for dust prevention on actuators required in semiconductor manufacturing machines and electronic component devices.
KURODA "C-GREASE" features cleanliness, stable torque characteristics, and high lubbricating performance to compare with usual fluorine grease. It can be used by directly filling in any grease gun on hand.
Features
- Superior dust prevention
- Stable torque characteristics
- High lubricating performance
- Rust prevention performance equivalent to that of lithium grease

- Ball screw shaft diameter: 20 mm
- Lead: 20 mm
- Preload: 800 N
- Rotational speed: 1200min-1
- Stroke: 250 mm
- Amount of grease: 1 cc
- Measurement interval: 1 h

Values shown are mean values taken after 100 measurements for each rotational speed. The operating time of the ball screw during these measurements is about 240 hours.
Lubricating performance: Comparison of grease resistance
- Values shown are the maximum current value ratio at 500 mm/s (1500 min-1) for a single-axis robot.
- The value of the drive motor current is proportional to the load torque.
- Therefore, the larger the current value is, the larger the grease resistance becomes (rotation becomes slower).
Torque characteristics: Change in preload torque over operating time
